DTN COMMENTS:  Cash business at midday is limited to a few scattered sales 
in Texas and Nebraska. Generally speaking, buying and selling interest 
remains limited with significant trade volume possibly delayed until Friday. 
Asking prices are around 126+ in the South, and 203-205 in the North. 

Beef cutouts are mixed at midday (Choice 211.35 +.15, Select 191.65 -.54) 
with light box movement (39.40 lds of choice cuts, 35.04 lds of select, 
11.05 lds of trim, and 11.07 lds of ground). Cattle futures are moderately 
lower near the noon hour, pressured by long liquidation and a general lack 
of buying interest.
